To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a registered Pinterest user. To become a Pinterest.com user is free. Once you are a Pinterest.com user you will automatically receive one entry into the sweepstakes by following all of Party Mosaic's pinboards on pinterest.com/partymosaic/ and repinning at least one item from Party Mosaic's"Inspired by Event Decor" board that must include the hashtag #MosaicLinensShine. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Limit one entry per person, per email address, during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s plays and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winner Selection
On or about October 30, 2012, Sponsor or an independent judging agency will select one entry for the prize in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The entrant will be contacted using their pinterest.com profile and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules.) Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winners will be notified by email on or about October 30, 2012. Failure to respond to the initial contact within five (5) days of notification will result in disqualification.
